Mamelodi Sundowns clinched their third consecutive Absa Premiership title in dramatic fashion on Saturday after a 3-0 demolition of Black Leopards at Dobsonville Stadium.

The victory saw the Chloorkop outfit leapfrog leaders Kaizer Chiefs in the standings after Amakhosi were held to a 1-1 draw with Baroka in their final league game of the campaign.

Sundowns completed the La Decima (10 in Spanish) in the Absa Premiership era as the financial service company ends its partnership with the Premier Soccer League after 16-years.

Following the result, a sea of yellow jerseys flooded the streets as Masandawana fans celebrated in numbers.
